Quality Commitment Program

Makovsky's Quality Commitment Program, cited in the “301 Great Ideas for Selling Smarter” book published by Inc. Magazine, is among our significant contributions to the public relations industry. The program is structured to solicit client written evaluations of our performance and match them with written account team evaluations. It also involves calls to clients by an independent “auditor” to assess our performance and client satisfaction with the team. The program has resulted in an average 20% increase in client retention. Five years of tracking client evaluations shows that over 90% of our clients rated us “good” to “exceptional” on the following:
