With over a decade of investor relations consulting, financial media relations, crisis communications, capital markets and management experience, Hulus Alpay oversees programs designed to enhance our clients’ ability to attract new capital.   He also provides strategic financial communications counsel to C-Level corporate executives and board members on issues including Sarbanes-Oxley, Corporate Governance and Regulation FD.

Hulus guides clients from Fortune 1000 companies to promising start-ups to effectively attract new brokerage coverage, long-term institutional ownership, positive financial press coverage and improved market perceptions.

Previously, Hulus served as vice president and team leader with Morgen-Walke Associates’ investor relations and financial media practice, and also with the Carson Group, a global shareholder research and related advisory services company. He has held research positions with Merrill Lynch Asset Management and the former Chairman of the New York Mercantile Exchange.  He is president of the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute, and is active in the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute.  He is also a Level II CFA candidate.
