Mr. Johnson is counsel in the environmental and litigation practice groups of Arnold & Porter LLP, where he advises clients on climate change issues in both emerging legislation and litigation. Mr. Johnson specializes in complex environmental issues including large national and international transactions, toxic tort litigation and regulatory compliance. Before studying law, Mr. Johnson obtained his PhD and Bachelor of Science from the California Institute of Technology.
Craig Schwitter

Mr. Schwitter is an expert in the engineering of specialized structures. He was involved in the design and construction of the Greenwich Millennium Dome, the Butlins Skyline Pavilions, the Roppongi Canopy, the Baltimore Footbridge, Phoenix Stadium and the East River Re-development. In 1998, Mr. Schwitter opened Buro Happold's New York office, which concentrates on engineering, design and risk assessment.

Dr. Mark Chandler is a climate scientist with Columbia University and NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York where he has spent over 20 years working with global computer climate models to study both past and future climate change. He is also the director of the Educational Global Climate Modeling project (EdGCM), an applied research program that designs climate change software and materials for universities and businesses.
