Sooner or later it was bound to happen.  The “it” in question: The dissemination of sensitive corporate information by a high ranking company officer via social media channels.  Just such an instance came to light when Francesca Holdings’ former chief financial officer was caught tweeting non-public information about the Houston-based women’s specialty retailer; hence, the addition of the word “former” in front of his title.
